Our Story
A Family Tradition in Mill Spring
Opened in June 2022 by Steven Pruette in the Mill Spring Crossings shopping center, Crossroads Ice Cream & Coffee quickly became a beloved gathering spot in Polk County. What started as a dream to bring great ice cream and coffee to the community has grown into a full-service destination.
We proudly serve 30+ flavors of Hershey's ice cream, crafted with real ingredients. Our homemade brownies and hot fudge cakes are baked from scratch. Beyond sweets, we offer a full coffee bar, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Hunt Brothers Pizza along with specialty pizzas.
With a covered dining porch, free WiFi, USB charging ports, and a welcoming family-friendly atmosphere, Crossroads is more than just an ice cream shop — it's where the community comes together. Whether you're stopping by for a morning coffee, grabbing lunch with the family, or treating yourself to a sundae after dinner, we've got something for everyone.

Hershey's Ice Cream
Over 30 flavors of Hershey's ice cream, including no-sugar and lactose-free options. Served as scoops, sundaes, banana splits, milkshakes, and floats with classic toppings.
Full Coffee Bar
Lattes, mochas, cappuccinos, cold brew, matcha, chai, frappes, and espresso shakes. Choose from 17+ flavors including seasonal specials.
Energy Drinks
Custom energy drinks with Red Bull, Lotus, and Alani bases. 22 syrup flavors, specialty combos, boba, and add-ins like cold foam and whipped cream.
Breakfast
Biscuits, pancakes, chocolate chip pancakes, and breakfast platters with sausage, bacon, country ham, and liver mush. Coffee ready at 6 AM weekdays, 7 AM Saturdays.
Lunch & Dinner
Burgers, hot dogs, BLTs, chicken sandwiches, Italian and meatball subs, chicken tenders, fries, cheese sticks, chili cheese fries, and garlic knots. Combo with a drink and fries.
Hunt Brothers Pizza
Customizable pizzas with all toppings at no extra charge. Wings, wing bites, and specialty pizzas including Hawaiian, BLT, and gluten-free cauliflower crust.
